September 1940: The Battle of Britain is reaching its crescendo as the Me109s of 1./JG52, with their bright yellow noses glinting in the sun, gather speed and altitude as they form up shortly after take-off from their base at Coquelles, near Calais. Robert Taylor’s classic new limited edition Dawn Eagles Rising, commissioned as the second in a series with the recently released Height and Sun, is published in tribute to the fighter pilots of the Luftwaffe during World War II.

Every print in the Limited Edition has been personally signed by the artist Robert Taylor, together with THREE Luftwaffe Knight's Cross fighter Aces who, between them, have a total of 493 air combat victories.

In addition to the three signatories of the Limited edition, each copy of the Luftwaffe Tribute Edition has been individually signed by a further fifteen Luftwaffe day and nightfighter pilots, including nine holders of the Knight's Cross, making a total of EIGHTEEN signatures in total.
